1. Etiquette
For your total comfort and guaranteed satisfaction, kindly abide by our etiquette philosophies. We respectfully request that all visitors must keep noise to a minimum. Do not bring children and leave them unattended, to avoid discomfort to other spa goers. Please refrain from bringing cellular phones and other electronic devices within the vicinity of the spa treatment room. Be reminded that you are in a professional spa therapy operations and so do not expect anything other than therapeutic or spa services.
2. Reservations
Advance booking prior to your arrival is requested to reserve your preferred date and time treatment. ** Please be inform that Terminal 21, Siam Square 1 and Phuket Branches are already in peak season and the occupancy is getting high. Phone reservation is not accepted, please kindly make the online booking through our website and advance payment is required to confirm your booking. We suggest you to do the walk in basis in case you do not like to undergo the advance payment. We apologized for the inconvenience caused.
3. Check-In
Please check-in at the spa reception at least 10 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment and coordinate with the reception staff, to orient you with your treatment all the way and to maximize treatment time.
4. Spa Treatment
The spa opens from 10:00 to 24:00 hours a day.We accept last booking at no later than 22:00 hours.
5. Spa Consideration
Guest with high blood pressure, heart ailment or pregnancy or who has other medical complications is advised to consult a doctor before signing up for any spa service. Please be reminded that we are not responsible for any health circumstances that may occur during the treatment.
6. Prices Of Service
Prices of treatment are subject to change without further notice.
7. Cancellation Policy
A 3-hour notice is required for us to re-schedule your appointment, subject to space availability.
8. Where and how can I make my reservation?
You can make your reservation by phone 1 day ahead of your schedule(excepted branches: Terminal 21, Siam Square 1 and Phuket branches) and 3 days in advance via our online booking system.
9. What form of payment do you accept?
We appreciate cash payments. We also accept card payments (VISA & MASTERCARD only).
10. What proper clothing should I wear during my treatment?
You can wear anything comfortable. We provide appropriate attire for each treatment, like loose pajamas for Thai Massage & Thai Herbal Massage, and disposable underwear for Oil Massage.
11. Do you have any service charge or what is your tipping policy?
It really depends on you. We did not include any service charge in our treatment price. So feel free to reward our staff. The tipping may vary depending on the quality of service. However, a minimum of 100 Baht is much appreciated.
12. How can I be sure that my health is not at stake during my treatment?
Our spa promotes for our clients Good Health, so rest assured that our therapists are experts and professionals. But kindly advise us regarding your health situation or any medical complications and please ask the recommendation of your doctor before signing up for any spa service to avoid health complications.
13. I have a 3-year old daughter with me, is it possible that she can have a service at your spa?
Certainly, because we always have guest who is as young as 3 years old and as old as 80 years of age. We will assure you that she will be properly taken care of.
14. Do you have any branches? Do they offer other treatments?
Yes, we have many branches conveniently located at the kingdom in Chiang Mai, Phuket, Pattaya, Bangkok, Hua Hin and Samui. We offer same treatments and same standards managed only by Siam Wellness Group to ensure high quality service.
15. Do you have shuttle bus service?
Please be informed that there is a shuttle service at Samui branch only. This service is available for the customers who booked the spa packages only (except dream package and heavenly relax) and minimum of 2 persons. The shuttle service is provided for a one-way, either pick up or drop off within 10 kilometers.
16. Can I receive the treatments during pregnancy?
Yes, there are some treatments that you can receive during your pregnancy which are hand and face massage. For certaintly, please discuss with your doctor for the advice.
